Supplied is a list of schools and school districts in the Minneapolis and St Paul area that have resources to help the Latino population and have measured success with those populations. It will also look at Minnesota policies such as grading scales, special education, open enrollment, the difference between public and private education, as well as  charter and magnet schools. Parent participation and parent rights are discussed. College scholarship opportunities are supplied as well as resources for adult education.
